we are happy to exchange any items that are unused & returned in the same condition as initially received — unworn & in original packaging. we cannot accept exchanges on earrings (unless faulty) due to best practice hygiene standards.

please mail your item(s) in the original packaging (please note that shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility). upon receiving the returned item(s) in original condition & with original packaging we will issue an online store credit to the value of the original purchase price of the returned item(s).

please note that truvai reserves the right to decline an exchange request subject to our discretion.
