this collection was designed in canada & handmade by master artisans in murad khani, kabul, afghanistan. the making of each piece supports the livelihoods of our afghan jewellers who have worked in isolation, cut off internationally for decades due to ongoing conflict. 

this collection is made in collaboration with turquoise mountain — founded by king charles to focus on the regeneration of the afghan crafts industry & the rebuilding of old kabul. our locally sourced gemstones are artisanally mined & support local families.

locally & artisanally mined milky quartz gemstones masterfully set in sustainable gold vermeil {925 recycled sterling silver + 18kt gold plating}.

each piece is handmade & slight variations may occur from piece to piece. our jewellery features a combination of natural pearls & gemstones, each with its own distinctive characteristics. natural variations in colour, size, shape & texture are inherent in both pearls & gemstones — this is part of the handmade process, adding to the uniqueness & charm of each item.

we collaborate with a danish packaging company with a focus on sustainability to bring you a planet-friendly packaging experience.

made with buckram paper & corrugated cardboard materials sourced from a FSC certified sustainably managed forest that protects animal & plant life. sealed with water-based glue.

• remove before swimming or showering as water may tarnish your jewellery.

• try to keep your jewellery away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions & hairsprays as it may cause discolouration.

• store your jewellery separate from other jewellery to avoid scratches — the soft storage pouch & box provided is a perfect spot for your jewellery storage.

• store your gemstones in a dark place when not in use 

• avoid impact as gemstones can be delicate.
